A real gem! The hotel's location near the conference center was perfect for our business trip. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The swimming pool was a nice feature for relaxation after a long day. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable with well-equipped bathrooms. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good when you don't want to stay in a Chain hotel while in congress in the ICC. Still requires to take the subway for one station. Classy and classic place.Nice patio on the rear of the hotel, overlooking at trees, quiet area. Big closet, decent size room

Had the best Christmas at this hotel! The room was so comfortable and clean, and the reception staff were lovely and very helpful. They even found a kettle for me to make hot water for tea. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful pool. I had a whole half hour to myself, it was amazing!
That the room ended up quite stuffy with the heat on, but I just turned it off and opened the balcony door. Unfortunately, when I did, there was a strong smell of smoke that came in.

The hotel offered excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke fluent English. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The swimming pool, although not Olympic-sized, was a nice feature for a city center hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of cold items, and the sausages in the hot food were delicious.
The communal facilities in the hotel were limited, with no proper lounge area. If you wanted to socialize with friends or colleagues, you had to do so at a table in the restaurant.
